Team SCAPE wouldn’t be what it is today without the remarkable individuals who have shaped our culture, standards, values and growth over the last 20 years.

Now more than 200 colleagues strong across SCAPE Group, including SCAPE, SCAPE Scotland, Arc Partnership, Lungfish Architects and Construction Waste Portal, we are proud of the expertise, integrity and commitment our people bring to their roles every day.

Over the years, many have played a defining part in our journey. Some have moved on to new chapters or well-earned retirement after long careers in the public sector. Some are sadly no longer with us. All have left a lasting mark, and below, we celebrate some of the lasting achievements.
